I know with custom wheels it's almost impossible, but this is why I try not to order anything that's not in stock. This can happen. International shipping is so incredibly un-predictable, and then when seller's don't maintain the communication (after they have your money) it's an awful feeling knowing your product and your money is out there and you don't have anything to show for it. I'm sure they'll come. If they're coming from Japan they will definitely be delayed.

If you do order things that aren't in stock, it's best to order from a shop you are physically close to. It's easy to ignore people on the internet and through e-mail. Not so easy when it's done in person.

I ordered mine in January and am still waiting as well. I understand there will be delays cause of what happened in Japan but it's no reason to keep customers in the dark. Theres a few of us on here that are all having the same problem.

You shouldnt have to beg like this, nor should the vendor be reminded on how to conduct business properly. This is a common fact of life and the sooner you learn it the better. Once someone has your money they are more likely to be harder to contact and deliver the same customer service prior to you making your purchase. It's not across the board, but it's very prevalent, especially in the car/aftermarket industry.

I agree, I've only paid a deposit on my wheels but it is near impossible to get answers back from them. 7 month wait is crazy, and I will not wait that long. I was promised middle of march when I ordered mine and understand that I could be waiting another month or so due to the earthquake but 7 months no way. I have a GTM TT kit on order as well that I've been waiting about a month for, but whenever I call them they have an update for me which is how it should be when your spending the money we do. Hopefully that ships out today though so that should occupy me till my wheels get here.

My shipping experiences with GTM have been top notch, but I only ordered a TP lol. Your kit probably needed to be fabricated.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. I spoke with them tuesday and all they had left was to polish the piping and package it. The anticipation is killing me lol.

I don't know about you guys, but i can't trust this rick guy. He pm me back in January after i filed a complaint with my credit card company, saying that my wheels were on the boat and was supposed to be here in two weeks. After two months their was no response from him, later on he pm me again like two weeks ago saying they are at customs and should be cleared anyday. It shouldn't take more then two weeks to clear customs right? Yeah you guys be the judge of this.

Things can sit in customs for a lot longer than 2 weeks. Doesn't explain the 2 month gap between PM's tho
