Interested in a set but if i opt for +12 on the front 19x9.5 will the wheel/tyre clear the fender?

It may if you run a 245/35 or similar front tire. Anything wider and you may run into clearance issues.

i have about a two figer gaps between my tires and fender, if i run +12 in the front with 255/35, will it rub? will the tire stick way out of the fender line?
