Well, I was running 19x10 +20 with my original set of wheels and never got a comment about the wheels being "sunk-in"...I knew it was there, but I even got asked by a vendor if the pic I sent of the setup had 10mm spacers with that offset.

Now I've got 19x11 +24 and am much happier with the fitment myself, but even to me, it wasn't a big enough difference that I'd look at the car and say "that looks terrible".

Keep in mind, stock wheels are 19x10 +30, and only about 5% of the population would ever pay attention to the fact that they are sunk in and not flush.
