2014 NISMO with 305/30/19 on rays.
I went with the wider size on the rears and have not gone wider up front yet. I've only put may 40 miles on them so far and I'm not won over by them yet. The *** end seem to wander now and I'm fighting the wheel constantly. I'm running 38 psi cold and I was expecting a bit of a challenge on certain roads but not all road even dead flat ones. I know that loosening up the side walls from stock might be part of the problem but I guess I'm looking for what if any adjustments I may need to make. Maybe alignment, sway bars, coil overs? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I would try wheels and tires section.. But to answer your question it should not be like that, what tire did you put on the rear? Have you had the alignment checked at all?
My guess is something is off or the tires are old or not good tires, going wider rear with stock front should only make the front push and lead to under steer which is worse in my opinion |

I'm using the tapatalk app and I hate it so I can't figure out how to post in the tire section. lol. I went with the hankook VENTUS K120 since no one around he could get me re11's.

Check your rear Toe & be sure it's correct.
can't speak for the Hankook tires; i've never had any. Also, you may have do dial your camber more Positive-to put more rubber patch on the road.

Good chance the alignment is out a little, mine did the same with a 305 tire.
