KW is Twin Tube dual adjustable, whereas the HKS is monotube. HKS you are partly paying for the name, IMO. KW's are fully stainless steel whereas HKS are mild steel coated. KW has a 7 post dyno from BAR Honda which they R&D their products on. There are only like 3 of these in existence IN THE WORLD.
Overall the KWs have better R&D, better warranty, better adjustability, and a better design.
