As for my take on the rep, I haven't seen it on other boards, so I think it's interesting. I did have a fear that people would abuse the negative rep, but it looks like most people are adult about it. And I have minded my Ps and Qs in a couple post where I normally would have flipped my wig, so I guess it works to some extent. At least on me

I must admit that the rep system is something I have wondered about from time to time and only just this evening searched to see if there was any information on. I guess I'm mostly curious why some people have a Rep Power of 4, but only have one green square under th pe Rep Power number. Is the Rep Power not associated with the green square icons directly underneath it?
