Another Round of The 370z.com T-Shirts!?

I want more!!!

It seems like it has been a while since the last group buy, and I am hell on clothes. Any chance this could happen before the Holidays? Not sure if there is enough time for it....just maybe.

If there is not enough time before the Holidays I still would love to see another round of shirts available, or heck even another run of the same shirts with different color options?

Everyone who would like to do this sub to this thread. I know it is alot of leg work and AK went crazy last time and done an awesome job. I would be willing to help out with that if you put me in contact with the right sources.

P.S I feel like I see alot more premium members so maybe even offer a slight discount to those that already support the forum. It may have been this way with the last batch, but I cant remember.

edit: Please also include a comfortable price you would be willing to pay if we get this done.

Come on people 7 views and no response? No one wants t-shirts? =(

Trips 07-26-2012 06:36 PM

I could talk to AK and see what he says

I'm in. Ball caps would be great too. It is a lot of work to organize...I'd be happy to lend a hand with the logistics.

Price I'd pay...$20 or so + shipping and a fee to go to the forum
Company I'd work with: Homeboy Industries - www.homeboyindustries.org/what-we-do/homeboy-silkscreen-embroidery
Why? Because they're good and serve a great cause.

I will if I see a decent response to the suggestion. No need to bother him if there is no interest in it. Plus it will look better if I point him to a thread with a bunch of positive feedback. Not just one guy wanting to replace his shirts because he still plays like a kid in his good clothes.

Zaggeron 07-26-2012 07:21 PM

I'm interested

Update: $20.00 is about right

w0rM 07-26-2012 07:22 PM

I'm be interested in a t-shirt if the price was reasonable.

I'd be willing to do $20 for a good quality shirt.

This may be on alot of people minds. So if you dont mind edit your posts with an ammount you would feel comfortable with. So if this gets down to negotiating with a company I can do my best to get near or better then the over all number.

I edited the first post to request what you would be comfortable paying.

jofro6 07-26-2012 07:37 PM

Z-Girl 12 07-26-2012 08:22 PM

Dorki Dori did the last shirts. He's back in business after getting the bad taste of @**hole clients. He does good work.
I say we get a design contest going and have the "next gen" shirts.

Yes he done great work. I will get in contact with him over the weekend or beginning of next week. To at least inform him we are thinking of doing another round.

nobdy_#608 07-26-2012 11:26 PM

im interested in getting a T-shirt and 20$ sounds good

ShinyBlueZ 07-27-2012 10:54 AM

if you're able to ship to Canada for a decent price like 20/25 bucks.. I'm in!

if it's like $20 for the t-shirt then $15 for shipping.. I'm out :(

also it has to look cool :D

also it has to be good material. 100% cotton. or pure silk. only the finest fabrics touch this body.

kellyefields 07-27-2012 10:59 AM

Robert, you know I will back your play.

Thank you sir, we need to talk by the way. Call me sometime after 5 tonight if you can.

Pintsize725 07-27-2012 10:05 PM

In but can we get some women's style shirts maybe? If not, I'm down with whatever. $20 sounds fair.

djtodd 07-27-2012 10:11 PM

I'd be in for a shirt as well.

sparky 07-27-2012 10:22 PM

Count me in for $20 to $25 too.

b1adesofcha0s 07-28-2012 12:04 AM

I'm in depending on whether or not I like the new design. Sounds like $20 or so is the magic number and that's fine with me.

ZMan8 07-28-2012 12:49 AM

$20 is a good price, I would be in.

Mr&Mrs 07-28-2012 01:30 AM

I agree 20 would be great, but I think realistic price with shipping will end up around 25.00 USD

djtodd 07-28-2012 08:34 AM

Maybe cafe press or something similar? Makes it easy to have large selection. Not sure on profit margins though.

I did not bring this up to get anything out of it, just satisfaction of keeping our passion for the car, and forum strong. The company making them I know needs to turn a profit.

x2.

edit: x3, wife wanted add her vote too.

Huck 07-28-2012 07:37 PM

I think the design should simply be "370Z > Wife > Death> Mustang". I would buy that shirt.

Oh, sorry. I was referring to profit in the context of making a lil $$ for the site.

Thanks everyone for your support, I just got word from AK that this is going to happen! AK will be taking care of everything and we can look for some news around October. In the mean time you can still continue to put ideas/suggestions here.

From my understanding there will be multiple designs. Then we will all vote on the ones to go into production. So in the long run there should be at least one that everyone would like to have...I think.

That's awesome! Can't wait to see them

ShinyBlueZ 08-01-2012 12:32 PM

I can't wait! then I can let everyone know I have a Z, even while indoors!

Later on you guys should arrange a group buy for full track/race suits (maybe + helmets) with Z badging all over it. I'd be up for that too.

Th3 On3 08-01-2012 12:36 PM

I'm in depending on design And color

Will there be some kind of contest for designs? I seem to recall something like that in the past.

I am not sure about this, again there will be full details around October. I do know that DorkiDori will be producing the shirts again. With that said we will not be dissapointed.
