After reading through the thread it sounds like a great idea, however perhaps AK as a way to pay for the license plate frames and to narrow the pool, only Premium members can vote or only Premium members can be up for ROTM so it will encourage more people to sign up for premium membership (myself included).

I think having a ROTM is a GREAT idea!! The forum needs something like this. It also seems that if you have theme's such as "urban environment" it kinda turns it into a photo contest. Some guy may have a heavily modded car but not a great shot of it while a guy with a stock setup may have found a beautiful backdrop and shot the pic well.
