the server is overloaded. as for the other issue you're having, i suspect you have a client-side plugin that's crawling for keywords and making parts of the forums into threads.

as for the other issue you're having, i suspect you have a client-side plugin that's crawling for keywords and making parts of the forums into threads. see if you had anything installed recently, and disable it, then see if it's still the same issue about linking to other random sites. reported this post for moving to the off topic section.
