"Social Groups" not posting and not recorded in Profile Statistics or New Posts secti

I noticed that the "Social Groups" posts to not show up in:

1) The "New Posts" section

Which would be a great way to promote the social groups

2) The posts or treads are not linked to the "Profile" and not recorded in the "Statistics" section, which in return do not show up in the "find all posts or threads" sections.

Having them recorded in the stats area would help promote social groups as well

Just thought I would make you all aware. (unless I am doing something wrong)
