I don't think it was deleted by a mod. Forged most likely deleted it themselves upon detonation of said nuke. Vendors have the ability to lock or delete threads they start, as do Premium members.

Any chance of saving face they had they just deleted along with it. They have incited doubt. And on the internet... thats all you need to do.
