Hatch back problems
 

I have a 370 with less than 5000 miles. My rear hatch will pop up when you push the button but sometimes will not release unless I push the button again and pull up on the hatch. The dealer said that it's due to the cold weather on the hydraulics.... I live in TEXAS and it's a new car!!! Anyone up north having this problem or does some dealer need to get bitched slapped?
