Can we have or do we have the one bump rule?

When I say "one bump rule" I am regarding ads and general discussion threads.

I think we should allow one bump per day for classifieds, and general discussion. I noticed an unnecessary bump today on a thread that didn't need a bump.

If other people bump your thread or you ore responding to a question I think that is fair, but bumping your own threads numerous times in a day, or just random unnecessary bumping should be against forum rules within Classifieds and General discussion.

Just a thought.
