get an iphone, works fine except for adding rep or searching. then all you have to do is click the drop-down menu, start typing, then click again and type!

iPhone does too. There's just a lot of asterisks involved.

there is a site that offers a better experience for forums on an iphone. they have an app and the admin just has to download a plugin for this site to make it work with that app.

Nope still on AT&T with a touch pro, waiting for firmware 4.0 for the iPhone/iPad and what Android phones AT&T gets in a few months.

I also surf from my iPhone all the time.

I have one. It would still be nice to have a version that's natively sized to the iphone's resolution.

Yeah iono, guess I'm used to it. The only thing that screws me from time to time is double-tapping to zoom and accidentally clicking a link.

I'm happy with the native browsing on my droid. Couple other forums I visit has the mobile app but I end up just using classic view anyways.

I have thought about it. It doesn't seem like a bad idea though I will say this, I DO NOT like some of the mobile sites (i.e. Jalopnik, etc) because it's not a the same. It's too plain . I usually click on view "full version".

Btw, since our forum is NOT loaded with mods, it loads up pretty quick and browsing through the forum it's pretty effortless.

As I have posted here http://www.the370z.com/383692-post5.html, I am not adding any new features to the forum. I will look into this when I update to the new version.

I'd be on the forum alot more if I had easy access to it on my phone. Its a pain trying to get through screens, zooming in/out etc so much that I don't even bother with it. Thats just my opinion though.

Mobile versions are soo stripped down that it just looks ugly... and not appealing.

ah, i hate mobile versions. the only remotely decent one ive seen is youporn.com ;) . they're usually too stripped down.

Iphones are for girls.

Works decent on my old Blackberry World Edition. Only complaint is the Home page here is quite large file size wise so it takes a while to load up initially. Think its all the photos from the gallery. I'd consider bumping the res down on those to reduce the initial download size.

I agree, it's such as hassle I don't bother on my phone. Does everyone find the mobile skin below to be that visually offensive? Hell, implement a mobile version and I'll subscribe!

Where's that video chat feature? I don't quite see a "DROID" that "does" that.

Have you heard of Tapatalk? I think this program will automatically convert the forum to be smartphone friendly. All you have to do is download a plug-in.

I've tried Tapatalk...I did not like the user interface and the layout of the page. I just use Safari on my iPhone. It looks so much more attractive than Tapatalk.
