Recurring $15 annual charge, not membership?

Got a recurring $15 charge on my card from the forum, but lost my premium membership. Looks like it's $20 now.
Anyone know how to check for recurring billing settings? Want to continue paying, but if a recurring bill isn't taking and I pay again, I'd be double-paying.

Same thing again this year, I like the site and used it alot over the years so I didn't mind last year. It seems that I am not a member so I don't see an option to cancel but still have the recurring $20 fee. Opening a paypal dispute.
