Essentially as people post they show up in order and when people reply they get bumped to the top (both main HZ page & Classified). On the Classified page there is a section at the top you can click to see all sale posts easily. Typically we try to post about weekend events or Friday night meets by Wednesday or Thursday, also larger events are posted well in advanced and bumped to the top every day.
