huh?

I go to the valley about once a month... Don't usually take the Z, though. The drive from Austin to McAllen owns the front of my car with bugs and rocks.

anybody seen a PW on coilovers w/invidia exhaust around N. Mcallen driving haha....my pops drives it from time to time so that it is not parked at home too long (currently living in Mexico).

Actually saw this car today at Cimmaron. Never got around to getting the Z myself but I have a '11 GTI. Nice Z just dont like the stickers on the side skirts or the exhaust (burnt tips) but thats just my opinion. Overall nicely modded! :tiphat:

Lol, dad must have gone to play some golf. About the stickers, i'm actually surprised you noticed them...no one ever does :ugh2:. As for the tips, i'm not a huge fan of the burnt Ti look but since i lowered my car the options for exhausts dropped dramatically. It was either Invidia or Stillen and i personally don't like the stillen look.

Would you happen to know the guys of EMC^2 (euro car club...mainly VWs). One of my close buddies is part of them when he is in the mood lol, drives a blacked out '07 GTI...slammed, literally. Also a silver one on new CCWs (sp?) with a turbo swap etc? Maybe Oscar, i know he lived in sharyland...drives a white (newer model GTI) on black stock rims with a good amount of bolt ons?

Haha sry, lots of questions...just isn't common to see people from the valley that actually seem like enthusiasts as opposed to all those dropped trucks :gtfo2:

:tiphat:

Lol ok one by one...

I see the reasoning for the exhaust, I like the fast intentions look, just love the way the exhaust tips have that angle looking at it from the back.

Emc ive heard about them, this guy that works at the ice house parking has a vw and told me about them but never gone to the meets since they're thursdays and i work.

Black gti older model slammed with the wheels seen it before on shary rd couple of times yes. Im actually not too crazy about the whole slamme look but that gti just pulls it off so well i cant deny it lol

Oscar yes i know him not too well but ive talked to him couple times!

Im down for a meet even if i dont have a Z! I researched enough on them to appreciate them :)

LEGA-Z 11-04-2011 06:12 PM

Not sure if they have scheduled meets, but we should get something started... When I saw them I believe it was on a Sunday after noon...

USMCram 11-04-2011 08:53 PM

sounds good to me. Hey how's bert odgens service department. I've got to take care of the paint chipping on the front and rear bumpers. From what I've read here it's a problem with all the recent nismos.

I refuse to use CC. They really screwed up my credit. =/

LEGA-Z 11-04-2011 11:31 PM

I couldn't tell you... But I know that the collision specialists here are great! Their detailing is perfect.

batman_4 11-04-2011 11:52 PM

I purchased my Z in san antonio but it is currently been inspected by Bert Ogden for oil consumption...had a little scare a few months ago. For paint work i have used Toyota's service dept. and they have done amazing work on matching the PW twice

USMCram 11-05-2011 02:51 AM

USMCram 11-05-2011 03:15 PM
