Does anyone know of anyone in the Dallas area or even a forum member that can install the 180 custom halo headlight

I believe Dallaz was the one who created a DIY for the halo installation. It seems like he's pretty active in the local scene, so you might try to PM him or catch him at the next meet he attends

There are a couple ways. You can send PM to anyone from your User Control Panel. An alternate method is to use the Advanced Search function. At the bottom, choose Posts under the Show Results As option. Then under the User Name option, type Dallaz and click search (make sure Use Exact Name is checked and it will give you a list of valid users based on your typing). Click on one of the result listings and then you can just click his name next to his post. One of the options in the drop down menu that appears will be Send Private Message
