I don't know of a Q&D test you could do at home to tell what kind of oil was used. Maybe someone else does. The good news is, as long as they used a high-quality oil, it won't hurt the engine. If you paid for full-syn or Nissan Ester, you got screwed but no harm was done to the car.
If the alignment checks out, you may have a bad tire. If the dealership can't fix the problem, take it to a reliable tire/alignment shop and see what they can do. Edit: Our engines don't take an integer number of quarts to fill and most shops don't buy full-syn in bulk (I don't think Nissan Ester even comes in bulk but not sure). Ask for the unused oil. You'll know what they used and have some handy to top off the level when needed.
