It's what I've used for the last 3 years without any problems. Just make sure you put it on nice and tight otherwise the plate will rotate left or right and not sit level which looks like utter crap. It rotates from the wind and such when driving highway speeds 65+ if not properly tightened.

Haven't had any issues without running a front plate on the Z. I've been stopped before for other reasons, and have even told the officers I did not have a front plate, but they didn't even blink or say anything about not having one.
However, I have custom plates -- I wonder if they are more lenient to those with custom plates -- since you technically give the city/county a little extra for them yearly?

As for law that requires you attach the plates assigned to you by DPS....I did receive two plates and will gladly attach them both to the rear. It did not specify that one must be mounted in the front. I have no intentions of mounting a front plate as they can see the big *** stickers in the windshield.

No it was some of the other ones hidetheplate and a couple other ones. I know the stillen is in the 75$ Range but I can't seem to justify spending that much for something so simple lol I could make something, but the 2$ in zip ties are doing the job for now

Aaahhh the hideaway plate requires drilling, except it's under the bumper vs. on the front of the bumper
