Recommended Detailers in Houston? Bad water spots damage on car

Can anyone recommend a good car detailer (Mobile or B&M) in the Houston area? My car came with water spots all along the hood/roof/hatch. I thought I could just clay bar it, but the damage looks to be more severe :shakes head:

For the cost of a good detailer, you could probably buy a Porter Cable and knock it out yourself.

Not sure how comfortable I am doing it myself. I'm worried about screwing up the paint even more!

It's really hard to damage paint with a PC. You'd have to try to hurt it.
