New Guy in Plano, TX
 

Hi everyone,

I'm a proud owner of a 2009 Brilliant Silver Z Touring 6MT that I picked up exactly a week ago.

I look forward to learning more about the car and community, I always wanted a Z ever since I fell in love with the 300Z in the 90's and finally have one.

I also own a S2000 which will continue to be my weekend car.

Both are great in their own ways and I am looking forward to getting more seat time in the Z.

I am trying to find the previous owner who also lived in Plano who may have wrecked the car within the past 6 months so I can find out the true story of the car instead of relying on the random guy from the auction to really understand what all was replaced on the car.

I am in the market for a stock exhaust since mine is slightly bent, so PM if any one is looking to get rid of theirs for cheap and any muffler shops that you recommend.

Hey you guys from Allen, I'm in Allen too but I have only seen 2 Z's besides mine. One is PW Nismo and the other is a Mag Black non sport touring. And to the owner of the Mag Black non sport, you're welcome! I guess Allen police mistook me for you and I got pulled over for "hot rodding" up and down Bethany. I had to convince him it wasn't me. No ticket though.

There's a guy who runs Allen meets every Tuesday night at Top Golf :) he has a red base 370

looks like theres a good number of Z owners between allen and plano and i havent really come across any yet... and i work in allen haha

Yeah, I hardly see any 370's around, which I kind of like. I don't want to see them everywhere like the 350.

I'm going to have to make it some of these meets!

If you go to the meet tonight in Allen (at Top Golf), just keep in mind it's an open meet, not just a 370z meet. From what I've seen, there are quite a few mustangs :icon17:

What time does that meet start in Allen? You said top golf?

I just might take the cover off the Z and make it up there!

I've got prior engagements so I may not be out there but I know James (with the red 370) will be so thrilled to see other Zs show up :)
