It does, 1080P at 60fps. The hero 2 was 1080P at 30fps.

I have a Hero3 Black Edition waiting for me at home. I believe EVS Motors has them in stock.

Well it's not the frame rate that's the issue for me, it's more about sensor quality and bitrate. The Black Edition looks quite promising from videos off YouTube.

Notice: Starting in December all meets will be on Friday to help more Z owners attend, plus this will allow for more fun events! Also, beginning in December meets will be planned 3-4 weeks in advance so it will be easier for everyone to plan and decide which meet they would like to attend.
