I Just received carbon fiber side skirt and rear add on. i don't understand why the seller didnt send me the front together..anyway where sould I go to install? I

I Just received carbon fiber side skirt and rear add on. i don't understand why the seller didnt send me the front together..anyway where sould I go to install? I didnt get anything else than body parts. no tapes....no screws....just any bodyshop?
