normally i would do the defensive driving etc.
But i used that up in 2009. July 2009 i got ticket and went on probation. My probation ends in 2 weeks

deferred adjudication. costs the same, but no points. and defensive driving and such are tied to the city, not the county or state. i've been on 3 deferred adjudications at the same time before.
