Any idea if that's an original or the new ones? I haven't looked into it much, but there's a new company with rights on new DeLoreans (and some help from old factory stock, designs, and machine tools acquired I think) that's churning out new ones, and they're based on the edge of Houston over in Humble: DeLorean Motor Company | The Best Source for your DeLorean
