Here is an idea. Has anyone ever hosted a "Z Meet" at their home? I don't mean a hundred cars, I'm talking about 6 - 8 who would come over and bring their cars and your favorite adult beverage and throw some stuff on the grill and just hang out, eat and socialize about our cars or whatever......

I would be willing to host one of those if anyone would be interested in coming out Katy way.

I could get 6 in the driveway (counting the garage) and another 3 or 4 on the front street.

Any recommendations for a good place to eat? Nothing super fancy, but something different that I wouldn't find in San Antonio...

I won't give u Mexican recommendations because u have plenty of that in sa. For a decent burger try pappas burger, its right in the galleria area. There is an affordable sushi joint that has pretty decent cuts called oishi , its at Richmond and timmons. for Asian ur best bet is to make a small drive to the bellaire and the beltway area. One of my personal favorites is house of bowls, its at corporate and bellaire. I'll give u one more, the raven grill on bissonet in the west u area is a nice little spot.
Wish I was gonna be in town and we would set up a meet but i'm headed out of town this weekend. Hope to catch u next time and I'll see u at the twisted sisters run.

We have done that, let me talk to a couple people and see if another one is coming up any time soon.
