Is it just me or is this forum really getting boring. I want to see more build threads with custom modifications like Ron's dash computer, or O.G.'s single turbo build. Everyone should have their own build thread so please make one if you haven't. Lets see what you got going on!! Post your link here for your build.

It does seem like this place has been pretty quiet lately.

quick question

Anybody can recommend a good driving school for adults? Ive been trying to teach my mom how to drive but its hard because I cant take her to an actual road to drive with other drivers because 1. shes too scared 2. Im scared of what happens if she freaks out!

At least those driving school cars got that additional brake by their passenger side.

So if yall know a good driving school please let me know so I can check it out!

Houston/Cypress area! Thanks a lot!!

I cant remember the company my high school used, that was 17 yrs ago for me. I would just recommend you find a HUGE parking lot. I took my oldest daughter to one high school in sugarland so she could practice safely and she did very well. I taught her 3 point turns, signaling and parking. Cypress should have some big schools.

I took mine in Cy-Fair, there is a school on HWY 6 that use to be next to the Marble Slab but I think they moved down the road. It is near where the Chase & Chick-fil-A are.
I agree with VDC, my parents taught me a bit in a lot and it helps. Best bet is to go to Cy-Falls or Langham Creek depending on where you are and they have open parking lots where the bands practice with no light poles, perfect spot.

Thanks for the reply guys.. Ive been teaching her inside the neighborhood but the reason I want her to get a driving class on the road with other cars around is for her to get that fear out of her system, thats the thing thats holding her back.

But I appreciate the input we definitely have a bunch of open area here, am I allowed to go in though even im not a student?

Maybe, I would talk to the schools and see what can be done.
