Here is an offer for you locals. 450$ cash. Gun ranges from 450-500$ in this condition at the gun shows not including tax. Also you will get to shoot before purchase if you like.

If you have a 96 for sale let me know. My brother is local to you but only interested in 40 caliber so he can use the same ammo across multiple guns at the range.
