Need a new dealership to go to in DFW...

So the service advisor who used to take care of my car at Bankston Nissan Irving is no longer there. And the service advisor whom i visited today, left a bad taste in my mouth.. I was having an issue with the bluetooth, switching on and off endlessly. He kept on stating it was my phone, not the car. :shakes head: Yes, its on the approved list of phones.

So does anyone have a recommended dealer / service advisor?

I use Grubbs in Bedford on 183 and so far I've had good experiences dealing with Jeff Norris there.

I take mine to Bankston in Dallas off 635. If you choose to go there, make an appointment with Fred Giuette. He is fair and won't try to oversell you things you don't need.

Trophy Nissan in Mesquite is great too, they were really helpful.

Just don't go to their bodyshop. I got rear-ended last year and it was minor. I refused to take possession of my car three times because their work quality sucks. I had to get the insurance quality control involved. It was a pain in the a$$. As far as the service department is concerned, I have not had any dealings with them.

Before I bought my Z I went car shopping there and almost finalized some paper work. The sales rep took me to the service department and introduced me to a tech, he seemed knowledgable. Haven't had any ACTUAL experience from there yet, but they seemed polite.

Like I said, my experience was only at the bodyshop. I can't comment on their service department because I have not gone there for any service. I'm fairly happy with where I go so I probably will not be going there for service.

I bought mine at Don Davis... have had mixed results though. If someone else can tell you they had good service at their's I wouldn't go hear lol.
