I think you should free up your exhaust and get cold air intakes. HFC's, a catback, Stillen G3's and a tune. Even if you get high flow cats and an aftermarket y-pipe, that will help greatly.

If you're running high 13's without the nitrous... That's about right for a basically stock Z. The short tails aren't going to free up that much power and the K&N intakes are most likely heat soaking.

If you still have your system in the back, too... I'm not sure how much it all weights, but seems like it might be quite a bit. That's creating a lot of extra weight your Z is dragging around.
Well the system is out, so that's not a prob... I feel the power of the car is not getting to the road as much, at least last night... The track was pretty slippery, we had a couple accidents, and a lot of spin outs... I myself was not getting any traction. Maybe another time at the track might get realistic times with the nitrous... Uprev is giving me a sponsorship with a free tune/nitrous tune, and half price on the labor for the dyno, and I am waiting to hear back from Stillen about their sponsorship, hopefully they can throw in G3's headers, HFC's or test pipes.. Etc.... We will see what they say...

Nice!.... Are your trap speeds in the 100-105mph range or higher?

....what is your 60ft? Are you on stock Potenzas? Did you do a small burnout to 'clean' the tires? When are you engaging the nitrous?

if you say there where a lot of spin outs + a few crashes, then there was probably some sort of oil/lubricant on the track itself.

Yea man the last time I was at the track the left lane was pretty slippery... I had to let off the throttle cause the tires were spinning to much and my car was drifting to the side. I didn't run after that. I've been wanting to head back but I wanted to get stickier rubber. Oh and good luck with the sponsorships! Once you get your car tuned it feels like a whole other monster!!!

I have my eye on the boosted performance single turbo twin scroll kit. Super easy install that I could most likely do in my garage will save a ton of $$ on labor. 500whp with 4.08 gears doesn't sound like a great idea... Might be willing to do a complete differential swap with someone local if I go this route. The 4.08 gears make the Z accelerate 10% faster than stock for anyone who doesn't know their affect. Cost vs. gain.. huge.

Well the only time I shot the nitrous was after a lot of spin in first and second gear, I shot the nitrous mid 3rd gear and hit the trap at 109...

109 traps are good for 12's all day long. Just gotta keep the wheels from spinning and perfect your launch. Practice (and a well prepped track + stickier tires) makes perfect.

How much $ do you have invested in your nitrous kit + install?... I'm seriously considering having the same shop that did yours do the same to my car. Or at least going down there to talk to them about different options. I would have the bottle mounted out of site in the trunk and most likely get every option I could possibly get to keep myself from worrying about something breaking.

I've really been wanting to see you run at the track bud! Let us know when your planning on going. With the setup you got going on your Z it should be doing some sweet times!

Not bad... I will most likely go with the absolute best setup they can offer me. Remote bottle opener, bottle warmer, etc. etc. etc...

I would have been there already if I didn't put the wrong gas in my car. Reason I didn't go before is my tires were junk... stock Potenzas. Now I have RE11's on all 4 corners and my car hooks like crazy on the street. Soon... Very soon. Hopefully this coming Wednesday or Friday.

I believe the kit is still going for $450. I've talked to them about safety precautions and such and they have a lot.

They're great guys. Tell him Ram sent you. That's if you talk to federico. I don't think his brother knows me.
