Looks good! Any particular reason you didn't go with the Zex kit? Reason I ask is because I know that the Zex kit comes with an actual computer module that will monitor the fuel delivery etc. and has a bunch of extra safegaurds.

Is your kit going to have a wide open throttle switch that activates at a certain rpm?

I'm thinking a WOT switch that activates at 4k rpm would be ideal... Hmm. This is interesting.

Well, I spoke with my installer, and with Cold Fusion directly, AND, with Zex, and even ZeX said that their kit and the kit's ratio moniter isn't for the 370z(even though some have done so), and the components aren't necessarily adding useful safety. They are more of a "placebo for peace of mind" as Cold Fusion put it, and even Zex hinted at that. I ended up going with Cold Fusion because of pricing.... Both are doing the same thing.... But Cold Fusion has more adjustability as far as shots go, and upgrades....

And as far as having a module to activate at a certain rmp, is not necessary... My nitrous will shoot at full throttle, so the rpms will be pretty high. And the instant I back of(even 1cm) the nitrous will stop shooting. I also have a secondary cut off switch on that panel.

Nice. Good to know. Looks like they are almost finished.

But like my installers told me, you should go with what ever you feel comfortable with, it's your ride after all.

I just wish there were more successful 370z nitrous builds... The only 2 I can find on the forum haven't been updated in months and both threads ended with something being wrong with the car and a possible motor re-build.

However I'm sure there are a lot of Z owners with nitrous that don't even belong to this forum...

Anybody know of any shops in town that can paint/powdercoat wheels?

I just drove all the way out to Valley Powder Coat after speaking on the phone with the guy telling him EXACTLY what I wanted; Just for him to tell me he doesn't have an "outdoor color" that matches a stock 370z sport wheel... Jackass.

Another reason I miss Austin. There's only about 40 different places that can powdercoat wheels there.

Anybody want some flat black Varrstoen 2.2.2 TE37 replicas?

19x9.5 +22 / 19x10.5 +12 Brand new in boxes... $900 for all 4

Will consider payments for increase in sales price to $1000 (what I paid for them)

Also have brand new Muteki black open ended tuner lugs (Can't use stock lug nuts with these wheels). Will sell wheels + lugs for $950.

Edited for pics... They are still in boxes so I got these pics from another thread. Same exact wheels.

Pics be great

Oh and looks like that ZeX kit with the 100shot might have been a voltage problem, that made the "monitoring" module spaz out... Which in turn could have cause that engine problem, good news is that even at a 100shot no engine harm was done... Their plugs just blew up.... But like I said I'm sure it had to do with the ZeX box having voltage problems... The cold fusion kit, doesn't need to keep up with voltage... So that maybe the solution to the nitrous problems:tup: So let's just hope so!!!!

You should buy them :D

If my car was any other color than black, I'd keep them.

If you commit to them I'll let you take them off my hands for a small down payment and let you pay the rest over a month or 2... LMK. I would just ask you sign a simple promissory note. I'm a trusting person. :D

Nice wheels! We all need to get together soon.
