ElJale, did you take these as jpg or did you get the raw or tiff files for them as well?

I wish I could have found my tripod...I think if I get a light diffuser, this would have come out awesome. I could have left the shutter open a bit longer and captured some really good ambient and still had the flash shine on the car.

jpeg... But I did some editing on photoshop so came up with some crazy numbers. I like that pic you posted... I'm looking in to a wide angle lens.. Get more of the background and longer shots of the car.

USMCram 12-19-2011 07:26 PM

oooh, nice call. What kinda camera you using?

I noticed the photoshop. I wish my camera could do multiple exposure shots.

I threw that pic into photoshop a bit ago and got some really nice effects. I wish I had saved a raw file though. If you're using CS5, you'll get some really nice effects with the HDR toning. I was able to make the rims pop a little better. I'm trying to figure out how to get ride of the blur though. It's not too bad where the flash hit the car, but the rest of it, you can see the blur pretty bad.

The license plate reeks havoc on light adjustments.. Either on your camera or software... I just take it off for pics.

Well we want it to be a weekly thing. A meet up at sonic every Tuesday.. A casual thing, like drive by or stay to chill with whoever shows up. I myself cannot go today, but that doesn't mean others can't or don't want to go... We want to make it a place to say hi and catch up with other Z's.
