Nope, Retama Park is pretty large, it should be able to accommodated everyone easily.

If you are by the airport, thats a 15 or so minute drive from Retama. Another 15 minute drive from the hotel to downtown SA probably

Just a suggestion. This is the hotel we use for NISMO Fiesta. Nice area of SA (plenty of nightlife nearby), has covered parking and a good rate. Oh an it's much closer to Retama than the med center.

We checked Drury hotels and i think they were all booked for these dates

On their site it shows 1-room king suite non-smoking for Nov 12th at $109.99 and various other rooms available depending on your budget.
