i'm looking to get mine done in matte black and was wondering how they would look.

a few bucks short of $280 for strickly powder coating (no breaking tires out, etc)

No, I had discount tire break them out for me

but the actual full powder coating was quite inexpensive

There is a company called Crosslink and they're located in Plugerville. Haven't used them myself, but a buddy of mine had his roll bar and some other stuff done by them and was pleased with the results (they were color-matched). I was thinking about getting my license plate frames done in matching gun metal. Their website is Welcome to Crosslink Texas, Powder Coating of Austin

I wouldn't use Crosslink. A couple friends and I spent a fortune having them powdercoat a bunch of motorcycle parts only to have everything start flaking off in no time. They did horrible prep work on the parts and refused to redo them. Mistakes can happen but the way they handled the situation was horrible.

Here is the link to shop I have heard nothing but good things about. I know a lot of the Viper guys in town use them and the prices aren't bad at all.

I'm thinking of doing the same the price for my wheels at a local shop will be $260.00 I want to keep my car looking as stock as can be minus a couple of carbon fiber add ons.

I can't wait to order all my stuff. I'm getting married so I have more potent matters to take care of with my money but this time next year oh its on!!
