I went to get inspection today, and they said my tint is too dark ( 16% on side door ). how many percent are u guys got in your car?

I went to get inspection today, and they said my tint is too dark ( 16% on side door ). how many percent are u guys got in your car? they ask me to re-tint it to 25%+. Should I just go re-tint?
