Hey guys, I'd like an opinion. What do y'all think of the Avantgarde M310 wheels? I was actually thinking of copying this exact settup:

Thanks Jordan!

The wheels look great but not feelin' the color so much..

Boost_lee 09-08-2011 02:10 AM

Nice wheel, but not so much on the color. To pull those off Jordan, you would need the stanced look. IMO, I just don't think loud colored wheels work as well with a functional stance (unless its a full race car). If thats the look you are aiming for, then it would be pretty nice

I vote for them in black or flat gunmetal.

I think the wheels look good but not something I would personally choose. if I really wanted purple it would have to be something darker like black cherry. It'll be different for sure, I know people with black cars are tired of the full black out look.

Anything going on this weekend?

jordan3720 09-10-2011 10:17 PM

I actually would be dropping the car with whatever wheels I get. I particularly liked that color after I saw the photoshoot with those wheels on the black genesis they just posted. I originally wanted to do a red accent color scheme (emblems, interior stitching, seats, etc.) but I think this purple could have a lot of potential. as manuel said, the blackout look is nice, but everybody has it.

I think it'll be another quiet weekend. Saw an older gentleman in a base magnetic black with FI exhaust tonight tho, lol

I found this as a potential setup as well, unfortunately I know nothing about offsets on our cars. If these look good on a 350, how would they fare on my car?
19" Volk GT7s 9.5" & 10.5" w/ tires

Really depends on your drop...

You might be able to look fine with the fronts as is, but you can run a 5-10mm spacer.

Rears would need a 10-20mm spacer depending how flush you want. I would try a 20 since he is running a 275 tire.

Geeze I haven't had much time to stop by the forums lately to read what's going on. Add me to the list.

Work schedule is hella crazy, but I'm sure I'll make it out to a meet some day.

Splinter 09-14-2011 01:49 PM

nice welcome dude, check back every now and then, we don't meet often due to out schedules so it takes some organizing lol
