Kind of wishing I hadn't gotten the Navi after reading all the audio threads haha.

Welp, it wasn't mine but congrats on the purchase!

Ran into forum member and former Nismo owner, RWilliams today

Hey guys, moving to the Austin area pretty soon. You have room for a bloated Nissan with 4 doors?

What have you kids been up to?

Just getting parts placed on the car should get it back today and see how everything feels. FI 12 inch res exhaust poly motor and trans mounts. I will give feedback in a few days on the mounts hope there is not to much shaking going on :)

Been enjoying the new Nismo and redoing the garage. I have a picture that I know you will want. It is one of my best shots that I got of Mark Webber during the WEC Race back in September. I have about 10 pictures that I will be getting blown up for the garage.

Nice! Let me know what you think of the exhaust. I liked my 12" res. Now you just need headers~

Pint, JarBLUE, Enrique, you fine folks want to get food sometime on a Sat/Sun?

Just saw this. If I can wake up early sunday could work. As for the headers I think I am going turbo with my car. Since I decided to keep it I might go all out on this bad boy.

With all the items on the car for a little bit here are my thoughts. On the following items.

-Clutch Helper spring- Softens the clutch pedal at first I was worried as I felt the dead pedal as I have read before but now it prob adjusted or I have. I now can feel when the transmission grabs and it is what the car should have came with. raiting 9/10

- z1 poly Trans/Mounts- At first just like the CHS there seemed to be a good amount of vibration maybe it was the parts getting settled in or myself needed to be adjusted to it. The car does grab a lot better. No longer shifting from 6th to 4th is a guessing game and hope it can hit right. The shifter is precise and feels great now. I can feel a little more vibration on deceleration when the car gets a little warm (200 degrees or so) and when I am around 2500 rmp. trans raiting 10/10 love this mod. Engine 8/10.

Exhaust/Z1 post maf tubes- I do love the sound of this combo but I am starting to see worse mpgs than before prob need a tune now. But it does burble a bit. Raiting 9/10

The mod bug has me bad now :stirthepot: . Looking into getting either AAM turbo or Fast intentions. Need to do more research on the difference on the two and where to get everything done :)

I do like the sound of the EFR turbos. Though internal waste gate is a little bummer. Since we have a ton of traffic here. So faster spooling interests a bit. Though it would prob hook up with the exhaust a lot easier.

I would steer clear of AAM until they work out some minor fitment issues. I also know of a customer local to TX that had issues with the internal wastegates. I concur with F.I. all the way.

By the way, I am down to assist with wrench turning if anyone is going to do so this weekend.
