I'll be there. Just to be clear also, we're meeting at Champps this time:
3/31:Champps 855 W John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, Tx |
I won't be there tonight. Seeing how my sister has absolutely zero social-life, I'm going to take her to the movies.
I will be there next week with a friend from back home. He's coming into town to have Cobb Tuning over in Plano do a custom tune on his STI. |
^just for future reference, you're more than welcome to bring your sister to the meets lol "seeing that she doesn't have a social life"... :)
I'll be there fosho. Maybe around 8:15pm again :ugh2: long drive ftl |

Sorry pictures came out blurry :( I needz a tripod... also don't know which venue to use next Thursday. Suggestions?? http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot..._1112901_n.jpg http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot..._3919910_n.jpg http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot..._5457593_n.jpg |
Where at this week? We never decided!
|
Doesn't matter to me. I think Nina suggested korean BBQ but the one I'm thinking about is in Carrollton, probably another 10 miles from the spot in Las Colinas, but you'll need to bring your stomach for that one lol
We can always try the other places in that shopping center, Taco Diner, Ali Baba, Red Hot & Blue BBQ Grill. There's also The Ranch place, that you guys thought looked like some asian temple lol Menu looks ok, and main stuff looks like in the $15-20 range and they do have chicken fried steak  If Nina's willing to drive to arlington, we can do Arlington highlands, they have a Houlihan's over there too lol Edit: Btw, also anyone new that wants to join up have any suggestions? |
I'm down to give Houlihans in Arlington a try.
|
Pho this zhit lol I probably won't make it to Arlington til 8:30+ but whatever, guys!
We could try some other restaurants/bars in the strip since lighting is good and it seems pretty safe but remember that parking is kind of a beotch. If you guys want Korean BBQ, there are a butt load of Korean restaurants in K-town (I35 & Walnut area) but there is one Korean place near 183 & Belt Line in Irving. Like I said, I'm pretty open to anything and I'm not afraid of trying new things/places :) EDIT: Except for Houlihan's :roflpuke2: I've been going there every week for the past 3 months :ugh2: |
OK no Houlihan's, let's try another place in that strip. What is Ali Baba's or maybe we can finally let Paul get his chicken fried steak.
|
Ali Baba's a Mediterranean Grill
Red Hot & Blue has Country Fried Chicken but The Ranch has Chicken Fried Quail!!! lol I'm seriously digging The Ranch's menu :yum: |
I'm not craving chicken fried steak anymore, whatever yall want is good. Ali Baba's doesn't sound to bad, neither does Korean Bbq for that matter.
|
^aaawww... NOW you tell us! lol We're always eating at some ethnic place, wtf?! jp I don't care, so since no one wants to pick, I'm gona make u vote!
Copy/paste this and add a heart next to the ones you would be interested in. (I already added Zentropy's votes below) Ali Baba's: ♥ Kaya Korean BBQ: ♥♥ The Ranch: ♥ Red Hot & Blue: |
