A bit of anti-sieze wont hurt anything and it will make it easier to remove later if you should need to. Be sure to install everything loosely at first and then start tightening things from the front of the car to the back. Have someone holding each peice in position as you're tightening and working your way back. Take your time and do it right, its not a race.
Ask as many questions as you need there are plenty of people that can help.

Hey Pg6speed, i just got done looking under the car to figure the best place to use the stands. Did you use that large roundish metal piece under the springs? Also how high do you need to jack it up i went like 10-12 inches just to look under and was like dayumn i got a long way to go to make this high enough to work under.

I would just get some Rhino Ramps from Autozone and jack it up on those. Easy and cheap. You can get a nice low profile race ramp for like $80 or so (FreighHarbor)

I usually drive the front up on autozone ramps, jack of the rear diff and stick the stands on the rear sills, plenty of room, stick some rubber flooring down or card board to save your back when shuffling around underneath.. ;-)

^ you mean the front of your baby scuffs out, just use some pre lifts like some wood, drive the fronts up on that then slide the ramps in to the tire and load her up, you an always reverse on to your ramps and jack the front if not.

Well after working on trying to get off the stock exhaust i just did not have the tool or the space to break the seal on the bolts for the hangers so i ended up taking it somewhere to have it installed Saturday morning. After the install i got in my car and reved it a little and it sounded great, still does but after a day of driving it around i am starting to get a hiss sound on decel around 2500 rpms not to mention there is a rattle that sounds like a bb bouncing around which could be something loose from the install. Has anyone around had this hiss with there exhaust that could lend a little help on how to fix, it seems to be getting worse. I will try and post a sound clip so you can see what i am talking about.
here is a vido of the sound http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6AWS2C2wwA

The hiss perfectly normal. Kind of a signature sound with these motors when you put a free flowing aftermarket exhaust with a true x pipe in it. Between 2000-2500 with the gas pedal released is where I get most of my hiss. Mine was not quite that loud with just the cat back but when I put on the headers it got much louder than yours.
As for the rattle it sounds like it could be the heat shield thats above the mufflers. There are directions with the exhaust that say to cut a portion of it off so that it will clear the mufflers, so if the shop didnt do that, that might be your issue. If they did remove it cut it and reinstall it it may be slightly bent from handling causing it to rattle, or not tightened properly. I dont know just throwing a few things out there.

yeah i did a little searching and found the hiss to be normal, as for the rattle i am going to have to wait till i have a second hand to hold the rpms somewhere between 1700 and 1900 rpms because i noticed that i can find the rpm making the noise and hold it there and it will just sit there and rattle but by myself i cant get out and search for the noise, thanks for the info bro
