If anyone has a complaint with their Nissan Dealership, you should state it in the questionnaire that is mailed to every new owner……Shop at the dealerships that have “Nissan Owner First Award of Excellence”. You can find on the internet the dealers who have been given this award.

They are all out to make as much from you as possible, they dont care about you just like we dont care about them. Im not trying to get a car for free but Im not paying their house off either. I play their game too and will walk away. When I bought my Z, I already had a preaproved loan from my bank and knew more about the car than the salesman. I told them to get me out of my 08 Audi TT they would have to come up with a very good deal. They knew I was serious and didnt really play any games, we haggled price of course but in the end I got a new interior, a free spoiler and good amount off the car, they still made a few bucks too. Trust me they have huge room to bargin with on new cars. Its our world we just have to remind them of that.

About the recording, they asked my permission to record when we stopped by to do the paper works at night that day, so I figured if they recorded me than I would have the rights to record them too???
I already got my 40th model through Bankston Nissan of Lewisville. Thanks to Probert_Nash, I took my VPP claim number and my salesman (Mike Vaughan) was a 1000 times better than anyone I have seen! Extremely sincere, the whole experience was pleasant. Never thought that I would like the experience of buying car that much!!!! Quote:

I wasn't really curse them out loud at the time...I really want to do just like that but it wasn't who i am!....how did you got the VIN number wrong though, assuming that the inventory number did get mix up??? Wan't the VIN number unique on each car?!!!! When you sell a car, aren't you suppose to look up the VIN number for the paper works part? Weren't all the car has window sticker with description and prices on them also?
Let say that we did not catch the color different at the time, what will happen? Are they suppose just to hang me the blue car after all the paper works done? If they hang me the white car and I drove home, what happen next????? I agreed with all the members on here that they did try to get me excited about the new car, and then at the end sneak in the extra cost thinking I will just went alone because of all the troubles I went through.... Yeah, my wife and I take the Lexus to the dealer for free car washes almost every weekend....got free copy, cappuccino, soft drink, and enjoying the feeling of being luxury Is your brother work in the service department, next time i can request him so he can hook us up! Quote:
