I'm not going to drive from Austin to Dallas and back to Austin, but I think it would be cool for some Austin Z folk to meet up in Austin with any forum members who are doing the drive.

My wife and I for sure going down. Staying with some friends that night. And very likely going to hit up that after party too.

i've made a couple single day trips to austin already so i'll be passing on this one. wish it was a better time of year and i had more time to plan. have fun :tup:

Are the forums folks involved in this planning to meet somewhere in Austin prior to arriving at the galleria?

Well on DallasImports.net post# 48, they said for cars to roll in around 4pm. The time from 11:30 - 1 is for lunch. Then the rest is for people who are checking into hotel, taking pictures with CCM or setting up.

Myself, I'll be hanging out with my friends in Austin until 4pm.

OK. Cool. I was asking because since I'm not actually driving from Dallas I was wondering how I'd find fellow forum members once I got to the galleria.

Blegh, I hate CCM meets. Too many people trying to get in your car to steal ****, people sitting on other people's cars w/o permission, burnouts, revving, asshats all around. DO NOT WANT.

Then again, I can see why people that troll DI would go and not actual old school members. LAWL. Well a coupel old schoolers but even they don't like it.
