Yep, thats the plan. Thats why I chose Platinum Graphite. I wanted dark rims, smoked tails and headlights so i wanted a near black color for a subtle contrast.

PG definitely does look good on the Nismo. plz don't do the LEDs though ;) just my pref.

I say black out or paint match the lights. the rest of the ideas look good.

look at Speed Shield | Paint Protection Film | Dallas, Texas for the smoking of the lights. a company my brother's dealership (park place lexus plano) uses for their "clear bras." they do some custom stuff like that as well and the guy I spoke with (the owner) seems to know his ****.

Did you get that clear shield applied to your Nismo? Also, what's with the hatch springs mod?

4 Hrs isnt too long of a drive for a Z meet... :rolleyes:

I'll be getting it in a couple months once I get some money. It's 700$ for a half hood/half fender and 1100$ for whole hood/whole fender (both with front bumper and mirrors.) They're partnered up with a really good detail shop too so I'm gonna have them strip my wax, clay bar, and re-seal/detail the car at the same time. It'll be about 1300$ total, but I think worth it. I already have a few road dings in my bumper and 1 in my hood, so I'll be getting some touch-up paint at the same time.

I drove 3 hours to Round Rock so :p You guys better be there!

Well I'm considering having that performed as well. I'll have to read up on it some more I guess. I'd like it asap but think I'll drive to their shop first to talk to them in person. Gotta get windows tinted as well dark black without becoming cop magnet.
