GTR & Z & NISMO Owners National meet: 2015 LONE STAR LE MANS SEPTEMBER 17 - 19, 2015

Im working with to Nissan organize a meet for GTR ,Z & NISMO owners in support the NISSAN NISMO campaign of the GTR NISMO LM in the running of the WEC event at Circuit of the Americas.

The actual 6 hour race will be Saturday Sept 19th but am ironing out the full weekend for those in attendance including a meet and greet with the NISMO team and a walkaround of the car for our group.

also Khib (Forty-Two) will be helping me plan out additional activities as far as dinner maybe karting ect.

Just wanted to share some preliminary info right now and create a "watch this spot thread" as it will be updated as we get closer

Below is a Nissan oriented ticket you can purchase. Any extra perks i arrange with Nissan will be in addition to this and announced later. I will keep everyone posted.

I also have the Lodging nailed down thanks to member HP1. For those who attended the NISMO performance Academy it will be at the same place.

The terms you should know:
A 2 night minimum is required to book a reservation. If you put one night, it will show rooms not available.
An advance deposit is required and will be charged prior to the cancellation deadline.
If a reservation is cancelled after the cancellation deadline, the advanced deposit taken will be forfeited.

The last day to make room reservations at the discounted rate is July 16, 2015
Reservation Cancellation deadline: 30 days prior to arrival. After this date, the reservation can be cancelled, but your deposit will be forfeited.
