help! looking for a reliable (viper security) installer in Houston

hey guys as the title states,

im looking for a reliable viper installer in Houston. I'm moving somewhere that I have to park in a public garage.

I was thinking of getting tilt motion sensor and 2 way viper system,

any other recommendations would help.

I dont want thieves to take my rays rims
