SpeedElement- Stop Tech Rotor Special!

Stop Tech Slotted Rotors

PowerSlot one-piece direct replacement rotors fit stock calipers. Drilling or slotting helps wipe away the debris that forms between the pad and the disc, adds more bite, and can help the rear brakes to match the aesthetics of a front big brake kit. The rotor finish helps prevent glazing of the pads and improves wet and dry braking performance. PowerSlot rotors have a durable black coating on the non-swept areas of the rotor to prevent unsightly corrosion.

- Akebono/Sport package and NON-Sport direct replacement rotors.
- Available in Slotted, Cross-Drilled, and Cross-Drilled/Slotted.
- Currently in stock options:
1) Cross-Drilled/Slotted for the Sport model.

Do you have the rotors on your project car? I wonder about the improvements on the street, and whether it produces more noise. Also, do you have recommendations for a streetable pad (i.e., better than OEM) with these rotors?

Thanks! :D

Hi Digitonium,

Unfortunately we are not running this on our project car at the moment, but braking upgrades are definitely in the works.

Most rotors themselves will not produce noise, it is mostly dependent on the pads that you use. I would suggest pairing these with Ferodo DS2500 or Hawk HP+ pads if you are looking for light track duty- these pads are proven to work well on the street without producing too much noise and dust. For a car with strictly street duty, I would suggest the Project Mu B-Force pads.

You might not notice upgraded rotors much on the street without upgrading pads. You'll notice the braking performance more with a fluid, pad, rotor, and line combo. We also carry the Goodridge stainless steel braided lines. A pad and rotor upgrade will also upgrade your braking performance.

Let me know what you want and I'll definitely get back to you quickly.
