Oh man - just finished watching the Aus-Ned game. Wow, what a match! For want of a little better quality in the final 1/3rd of the pitch, the Aussies really made a strong showing of themselves. Almost a pity that history will only remember the result. Congrats Nederlands, and congrats to Chile for knocking out the current champs Spain. I am seriously loving that!

The games for the most part have been wins vs ties. Much more exciting. Brasil/Mexico was not what I'd hoped for.

Handball, should of been a red it was a go at goal, and the *** knew exactly what he was doing. They should of been 10 times more physical with them, they didn't. And the opportunities that they had they blew by shooting right at the damn keeper, unbelievable. Suarez did his thing, should of threw some bodies at him, but I can't be mad at him. Terrible game was terrible

Yep, I agree. England had their chances and blew it like a scottish man on his bagpipe big time. Plus like you said not physical enough. Oh well, I am drunk and sad now....
