Juve's game isn't anywhere near their standards right now. It's a travesty Bayern hasn't stuck 3 behind them. I mean, Robben had ample chance to pass...oh. Never mind.

Hopefully we're appealing the Giroud red, as it shouldn't have been a straight red, at least IMO. It wasn't anywhere near malicious like Sidwell's "tackle".
City let the Spuds score three on them.  Liverpool bit (see link  ) their way to a draw against Chelski. We're still in third, but they both have a game in hand at the moment.

Erm, Giroud got the ball first, so it could be appeal-able, but he was a bit of a numpty for going in that high. We get angry when studs are up at the shin, so Giroud doesn't get an excuse either. If we fail the appeal, I'm fine with that. Stick Gervinho back in the team, and toss Walcott up front as central striker for the remainder of the season. If he fails miserably, then at least Wenger knows not to trust him with THAT again...and just maybe we'll sign someone good in the off-season.
Too bad Poldi is clearly unfit for 90 minutes because I'd love to see him at that CF position.

I should also add that Giroud going in high is what the ref sees. Giroud is a numpty for slipping in the first place, making it look like he went high
Also - I'm actually quite upset right now. I had to watch a little to see if ManU would win the title at the Emirates...not the case. I'm glad they're pummeling Villa right now, who probably will go down as the team to gift ManU the title...but watching RvP makes me literally sick.

    we'll give them their guard of honour, but i hope jack and aaron especially remember this. burn it into their souls and push them on to the next level...not like robin, who pushed himself out the door. if wenger spends right, we really could be close to the title again. IF.
