only a few days away and we dont have a thread yet, im actually more excited about this card than 100.

i think the theme of most people rationale for their picks will be heart vs mind. what i mean is the two guys i want to win i couldnt put $ on them if i had to

im pulling for florian the dude has looked so good the last few years... and i do think he has the skills atleast striking to beat BJ but...... BJ is a proven top tier fighter the GSP fight just proves where GSP is right now as a fighter doesnt mean BJ isnt dominate at 155 still. i think with BJ's back against the wall he will come out very aggressive and try to recapture what he did agaisnt sherk or stevenson. im calling 1-2nd round KO/TKO for Penn. but im pulling for kenflo 100% if BJ Penn isnt back to his old self florian IS the guy to beat him ... but i have this feeling he might be one of those guys who gets to the top but cant close the deal

forrest same thing i love the guy and he is smash mouth tough with no excuses...but silva is well silva. i think the only thing he is guilty of is fighting to the level of his opponents. the last 2 guys didnt/wouldnt/couldnt engage him so anderson chose to just go with it, i think it has to do with his personality he was more interested in being technically sound than putting on a show. from a fans point of view that sucks but from his point of view the view that really counts he did what he had to do....with that said forrest is gonna come after him and i think it will reawken the fighter everyone says is #1 in the world. so i got silva all the way in this. not sure how though. its only 3 rounds so it could go the distance..forrest is a tough guy, but if i had to make a call i would say if forrest gets him down like everyone says he has to do he would get caught in a submission trying to do something of his own while on the ground ala dan henderson.

since florian cheats with behind the head elbows im going with penn, eventhough i know florian is the best fit fighter..
