Well we've got about a month to try and get 5 more people from the forum if we want to have 12. I'll give it like a week before I start contacting people who played with us last year to see if they're interested.

Hmmm. I am in one at work each year but could try doing 2 this year. Sign me up to help you guys get to 10 or 12. I have been trying to get them to try ESPN instead of Yahoo.

I vote for the draft to be on the Sunday or Monday night of Labor day weekend. This way all injuries from training camp are accounted for going in to the season. Monday might be best since people may be vacationing still and not have access or time for the draft.
